Wat je gaat leren

De Prime Reset draait om drie pijlers die samen de basis vormen van jouw herstel en ontwikkeling:

Dag 1 – Kijken & Begrijpen

  • Introductie in de visie van Prime Movers: hoe het lichaam zichzelf organiseert onder druk

  • Basisprincipes van biomechanica en looppatroon

  • Houding analyseren: waar begin je, waar let je op?

  • Compensaties herkennen (zoals hip drop, overrotatie, schuifgedrag)

  • Praktische observaties en oefeningen op je eigen lichaam

  • Persoonlijk herstelplan: jouw eerste stappen richting pijnvrij bewegen


Dag 2 – Voelen & Toepassen

  • Herstelprincipes: spanning, coördinatie en balans ervaren

  • Ademhaling en houding als ingang tot ontspanning en herstel

  • Toepassen van eenvoudige huiswerkoefeningen en tools

  • Casussen en oefeningen in tweetallen en kleine groepen

  • Persoonlijke reflectie: wat werkt voor jou?

  • Uitwerken van jouw herstelplan om thuis verder te gaan
